𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰We’re seeking a creative Concept Artist to define and shape the visual identity of our Roblox
Experiences. In this role, you will sketch ideas, develop concept art, and collaborate with
internal 3D artists and external creative teams to bring to life characters, environments, and
user interfaces.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬● Sketch and illustrate characters, environments, props, and UI elements.
● Develop mood boards, style guides, and concept art to define each project’s visual
direction.
● Work closely with in-house 3D artists and developers to ensure consistent asset
production.
● Coordinate with external creative partners (freelancers, agencies) to maintain visual
coherence.
● Provide UI/ UX mockups to guide interface design.
● Research Roblox trends and audience preferences to create engaging experiences.
Required Skills
● Strong sketching and digital illustration expertise (Photoshop, Procreate, etc.).
● Solid understanding of composition, color, lighting, and visual storytelling.
● Creative thinker with a passion for imaginative, immersive world-building.
● Open-minded and adaptable—willing to explore new creative directions and help bring
them to life effectively.
● Excellent communication skills for guiding both internal teams and external
collaborators.
𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞● Familiarity with Roblox or other interactive platforms.
● UI/UX design background.
● Basic knowledge of Blender or Maya for simple 3D blockouts.
● Experience in managing freelance or external creative resources.
