As Art Director at idegy studio, you can join our team at the beginning of what promises to be an exciting trajectory. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and executing visual solutions for multiple clients. You will provide team leadership, inspiration and quality control. We are looking for a leader who will also be a hands-on, experienced designer. You will help shape the team and the studio. Responsibilities include:1. Conceptualization: develop creative concepts, visual ideas and designs for projects,
ensuring they align with the client’s objectives, target audience and timeline.
2. Hands-on Design & Layout: Create and oversee the design and layout of visual materials, which may include digital ads, social posts, marketing collateral, websites,
presentations, brand development and motion graphics.
3. Art Direction: Provide inspiration and construction feedback and guidance to graphicdesigners to ensure objectives are met and quality follows our idegy value of “deliver excellence”.
4. Client Advocacy: Ensure that all visual elements are consistent with client brand guidelines and that the work we produce is in their best interest.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with fellow designers, studio Managing Director, Global. Sourcing Manager and VP of Marketing to create great work that exceeds client’s expectations.
6. Quality Control: Review and approve design concepts and final deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.
7. Innovation & Training: Stay current with industry trends, new design applications and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas and processes to projects. Use this knowledge to train design team to support their professional growth.
8. Digital Platform Management: Manage workflows and assign projects through our web-based digital platform.
Qualifications:• Degree in design or related area of study
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient English speaker
• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Art Director
• Ten + years of experience
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of design industry trends and emerging techniques
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
