POSITION SUMMARY
As an Art Director, you are not only the communicator but also responsible for how the communication is conveyed. The position of Art Director is a critical function within the DNA’s creative department. If words are the “voice”, you are the “body language” of our clients’ offline/online presence;
As part of a team, it is your job to make DNA’s creative product the best of any agency in Vietnam, and also the number one agency to work with in the eyes of the clients, prospects, staff and job seekers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative concept & strategy implement
+Collaborate with team to develop & present creative concepts for assigned clients and new business to achieve branding and advertising initiatives;
+Establish & develop creative strategy that responds to the brief; ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone, style, and brand guidelines;
+Research/ understand business objectives and audience demographics to communicate successfully through copy content;
+Create and conceptualize multiple concepts for new assignments;
+Assist in the preparation of presentation boards.
Client service development
+Maintain & develop effective relationships with related Departments as well as positive relationships with clients
Creative development:
+Research & analyze the digital database, and spot out the key info that support the ideation process;
+Aware and update emerging trends in web-based, wireless technologies for online and offline marketing;
+Share your learning with the teams
Team development assistance
+Assist in the recruitment, mentorship and development of the creative team

REQUIREMENTS
+Bachelor of Fine Arts or equivalent degree in commercial arts or related field
+At least 3-5 years of experience in an advertising agency
+Sense of humor. Some of the greatest communications are often the funniest. If you’re not funny, how could you even think of creating them?
+Experience in pitch-work;
+Great client-facing experience;
+Well versed in planning campaigns across multiple platforms;
+Strong concept, presentation and client-facing skills.
