Job title: Art Direction
Salary: Up to 1000$ Net (Negotiable).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Introducing and applying expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projects.
2. Acting as a digital designer expert in market segments, consumer insights, competitive activities and preferred media channels involved in bringing savings products to market.
3. Establish and maintain brand design standards across all media, including traditional and digital (banners, microsites, digital video, interactive tools and widgets, social experiences, site design); Ensure a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns.
4. Taking an active role in understanding the information at hand to create logical, intelligent and relevant designs that visually communicate the information.
5. Manage many projects at various stages simultaneously and flexibly as new information arises and priorities change.
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1. Creative idea, conceptualization and contribution to the brainstorm process with other teams for creative solutions.
2. Coordinate closely with copywriters to turning ideas into images or interactions.
3. Ensure work always meets timing, quantity and quality expectations.
4. Collaborate with team to ensure designs are aligned with the overall creative direction and the strategic guidance from the strategy team.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Passion and enthusiasm for creativity, big ideas and collaboration.
2. Experience understand client brief and be able to execute brand insights.
3. Knowledge of current social media platforms and trends (Facebook, YouTube…). Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.
4. Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
5. Experience with and ability to manage a creative team.
6. Exceptional problem solving skills.
7. Proven design and concept development experience.
8. Be willing to work overtime if needed.
