Job title: CREATIVE DESIGNER

Requirements:
- Basic grasp of graphic design and/or motion graphic skills, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
- Bachelor degree is preferred, but final year student with no classes to attend and fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Available for 6 months period of contract in Vietnam or remote, with flexible working hour
- Interested to learn about startup marketing strategy
- Able to handle a high volume of design request
- Ability to work with details in a fast pace environment
- Excellent and persuasive communication skills both written and spoken in English and Vietnamese
- Resourceful, high initiative and self-driven person

What You’ll Be Doing
You will build and maintain Glints’ brand presence through visual output, using your graphic design and/or motion graphic skills to achieve maximum reach for Glints’ brand awareness while maintaining our brand identity.
In this role, you will:
- Create the necessary designs to support the marketing needs, by coming up with interesting template and visual design.
- Present the user interface visually so information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find.
- Create a consistent, eye-catching style while maintaining the company brand.
- Creatively generate ideas to make brand design improvements.
