Job Description

You will be asked to create and strategically defend visuals for content across all digital channels. Our perfect candidate is someone who loves to be creative in all forms – an individual who brings lots of ideas, enjoys brainstorming and who can provide creative and technical skills to execute your ideas, whilst staying calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate will oversee Designing which include but are not limited to: Creative inputs based on agreed concepts, illustration, designing for static visuals, gif, video and any other new and innovative digital formats relevant as per the campaign brief and objectives.
Key responsibilities
1. Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
2. Plans concept by studying information and materials.
3. Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
4. Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
5. Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
6. Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
7. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.
8. Completes projects by managing outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
9. Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
10. Comfortable to design across all digital formats and types
11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
I. 2-3 years of design experience in digital (prefer to have account management experience but not must).
II. Thorough knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, InDesign, Flash and HTML
III. Strong understanding of Social and other digital platforms and formats
IV. Strong understanding of new and innovative formats of designing tools/trends
V. Strategic creative and excellent illustration skills.
VI. Able to work and communicate within a team structure while able to work independently with minimal supervision.
VII. Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities.
VIII. Strong, professional written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
IX. Native Vietnamese proficiency is a mandatory with good communication skills in written and spoken English
