Managing Director provides leadership for all aspects of the dpiCENTER operations with an emphasis on long-term goals, growth, profit, and return on investment.

1. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Works with the board of directors and other executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related academic, sales, marketing etc…
• Establish sales goals, develop internal training program and academic for Teaches and staffs
• Manage teachers and staff work effectively to implement annually development strategies.
• Together with School Principle and teachers development new training programs for school.
• Good maintain and develop relationship with company partnership for student internship programs
• Present monthly and quarterly yearly reports to dpi’s Founder and Principle as well as dpi’s Director.
• Oversees the organizations financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals.
• Reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the school objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
• Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the SCHOOL
• Set-up and plan to expand more Academic centers to SCHOOL
• Lead and oversees the ongoing operations of all divisions in the SCHOOL.

2. Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any school operations area.
• Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
• Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations.
• Candidates have experience in Creative Industry are preferred
• Communicate dpi’s Education mission and strategy throughout the Culture and Business.

Working time: from Monday to Friday and on Saturday if school has Events & Portfolio Day

?Backgrounds

• MALE – Expatriate is must: Prefer Indian CEO
• Age from 32 to 45, Professional appearance and attitude
• Bachelor or MBA degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Education
• At least 10 year experience at management position.
• Capable leadership, assign and guide teachers & staffs to do the school operational objectives.
• Excellent English both writing and verbal skills – good in Computer Skills
• Friendly, Calm & Honesty. Ability to work independently with high reliability

?Salary & full packages:

• Total packages annual around US$ 45.000 including:
• Salary from US$ 3.000 to US$ 3.500 gross per month
• High KPI’s performance Bonus
• Car transportation, telephone allowance
• GYM Fitness, company outing.
• One month vacation per year with full salary for country home visit
• 13^th Salary + International Health care insurance plus Lunar Tet bonus
