As a member of the Internal Audit and Process Improvement team, and under the Responsibility of the Process Expert, you will be responsible of the graphic creation and design of the high level guideline manual.

One of the functions of the team is not only to produce the high level guideline but also to implement new procedures including new methods and tools by informing and training people via this manual. This mission implies 4 administrations functions:

• Accounting (asset management, cash, financial closing process, cost control and budget)
• Purchasing
• Human Resources
• Legal

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create and develop compelling manual content that involves stakeholders on this new procedure
• Turns generic, text presentations into more graphically engaging, simple and interactive graphics
• Proposes solutions to keep presentations fresh and engaging

We are looking for a team player who can contribute to the company video games culture with out-of-the-box thinking, dynamic personality, creativity, and a good sense of humor:

• Must be pursuing a degree in graphic design or related field
• Previous internship or related job experience is a plus
• Master of Photoshop
• Have good knowledge of Illustrator
• Have knowledge of layout principles, aesthetic, interactive design concepts and entertain graphic design content
• Ability to bring a concept to life that inspires audiences to act
• Good organizational skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Must be fluent in oral and written English
