Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer
You will abide to the list of responsibilities as below stated:
Provide thoughtful and iterative design for various digital platforms and ad formats
Conceptualising original & innovative visual stories to create exciting experiences
Bringing creative concepts from script, to storyboard, to screen.
Produce concept mockups and animated videos based on briefs in a fast-paced production environment
Communicate design concepts and ideas, justify and present design decisions
Work with 3rd party vendors (photographers, digital imaging house etc)
Collaborate with account servicing, planner and technology team to understand Clients’ needs
Present ideas and designs to internal team and/or Client for approval
Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the client
Forging and executing exciting digital ideas
Work collaboratively and embrace constructive feedback
Self-sufficient and able to independently develop multiple design directions
Create impeccable presentations and mockups
Requirements:
degree in digital design, motion graphic design, graphic communications or related field
At least 3 year of working experience as a Motion/Graphic Designer in Digital agencies
English is a must
Strong portfolio of design work, showing solution to business problems through effective design
Proficient working in Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD (or Sketch)
To live and breathe digital; understand the industry and where it’s going
Great time management and self-motivation skills
Communicating effectively with all departments
To show the highest attention to detail in quality of finish
To be able to work in a collaborative environment, helping to brainstorm ideas
To be able to input into the creative process
Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles.
