A Senior Designer will work as part of Creative Team, contributing to developing Design/Creative projects, including brainstorming, finishing brief, producing ideas & concept, and designing until final results.
Depends on title Senior Designer, he/she will need to manage small design/creative projects (or part of big projects) independently, with minimum guidance or detailed guidance from line manager.
We’re looking for a Senior Designer who meets the following qualifications.
Job Descriptions
• Receive brief from Account/Creative Team. Finish brief correctly with deadline-focused.
• Join in team meeting and brainstorm for ideas. Provide ideas and concepts for the company’s projects.
• Teamwork: assist in developing new pictures/videos according to Design/Creative team procedure – from receiving briefs, developing ideas/concepts step to drawing sketch, designing on computer step, presenting creative ideas based on concept marketing step.
• Follow up projects throughout steps of developing, producing, correcting until final completing.
• Proceed all projects related to design, from digital to printing.
Job Requirements
• At least 4 years of experience in Advertising Agency.
• Good written and communication in English is an advantage.
• Ability to work with Graphic Design, Creative, Sketch/hand draw skill, Idea Presentation.
• Software: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effect, C4D…
• Experience in Editting Video, Concept, Key Visual, Animation, 3D is an advantage.
• Strong time management.
Mô tả công việc
• Nhận brief từ Account/Creative Team. Hoàn thành đúng brief, theo sát deadline.
• Tham gia vào các buổi team meeting và brainstorm tìm ý tưởng. Đề xuất các ý tưởng và concept cho các dự án của công ty.
• Làm việc nhóm, hỗ trợ phát triển hình ảnh/video mới theo quy trình sáng tạo của Design Team. Từ giai đoạn nhận brief, phát triển ý tưởng/concept đến vẽ sketch, thực hiện thiết kế trên máy, thuyết trình ý tưởng sáng tạo dựa trên concept marketing.
• Theo sát dự án qua các giai đoạn phát triển, chỉnh sửa, đến khi hoàn thiện cuối cùng.
• Triển khai tất cả các dự án liên quan đến thiết kế, từ Digital đến in ấn.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Có ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm trong Agency quảng cáo.
• Khả năng đọc hiểu tiếng Anh tốt là lợi thế.
• Kỹ năng: Thiết kế đồ họa, sáng tạo, khả năng vẽ tay trình bày ý tưởng.
• Software: Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Premiere, After Effect, C4D…
• Có kinh nghiệm: Editting Video, Concept, Key Visual, Animation, 3D là lợi thế.
• Khả năng quản lý thời gian tốt.
