Brings brands to life by generating unique design concepts like Brand Identity and then creating brand authorship manuals and guidelines consisting of merchandising as well as POSM materials
The Senior Designer supports design development and execution of branding (design) guidelines and creative assets that set or adhere to brand equities for new and existing brands (products or service) across the entire portfolio of companies & brands.
He / She supports and drives branding and design by directing Designers and by engaging in multi-disciplinary cross-functional teams (strategy, brand management, digital & social marketing, copywriters, etc.) while collaborating with external consultants, freelancers, and agency partners sometimes.
Objectives of the Senior Designer role:
- Initiate design language that will generate greater brand awareness, brand equity and translate into greater brand consideration
He / she is supported by his / her direct reports: Designers.
He / She reports directly to Design Director and takes on projects and supports and drives branding and design by directing Designers.
- Design Brand Identity: enhancement as well as origination

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produces visual content from concept through final Brand Identity design and brand guidelines
- Supervises Designers
- Produces fresh, innovative work
- Oversees quality control
- Prioritizes work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with art directors, designers, copywriters, and other functions
- Attends brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable design initiatives
- Conducts internal reviews of design projects with team; guides, coaches and mentors subordinate staff including career development,
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years as a professional graphic designer
- Must be able to lead & manage work of subordinate.
- Excellent design management skills
- Capable of managing high traffic of requests from business teams related to design.
- Must be able to think fast, multitask and work with tight deadlines.
- Great communication skills both verbal and written.
- Passion for design platforms
- Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional capability with typography, layout.
- Highly skilled
- Ability to embrace working with cross-functional design teams
- Strong design vision with an understanding of business objectives.
- Extreme attention to details plus the ability to communicate clearly and briefly.
PREFERRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
- Bachelors degree in any discipline or 4+ years as a professional graphic designer
