SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER at TBWA
YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Manage the design and production of graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media.
● Ensure that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and
follow best practices.
● Oversee the creation and execution of design solutions including imagery, a key visual, and multimedia elements used for advertising and other forms of communication.
● Consult with account managers to conceptualize, scope, and develop project deliverables and timelines.
● Ensure designers have the tools and skills required to produce unique, high impact
materials.
● Manage junior creative output to ensure consistency and quality of work delivered
● Prioritise workload to ensure teams’ demands are met and managed
Knowledge, skills and attributes
● At least 3 years of experience at Advertising agency
● Strong knowledge of design process and project management
● Great communication skills
● Ability to cope with stress
● Bachelor degree in a design-related discipline
● A passion for design and people
