Job title: Senior Graphic Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
2. Work on the detail art execution
3. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
4. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
5. Brainstorm & develop creative ideas and concepts in partnership with other teams
6. Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
7. Balancing competing priorities and multiple projects
8. Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, account team, community team etc.
9. Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
10. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
11. Have design experience in many fields.
12. Sensible and fast adapt to new trends.
13. Is able to consult and apply new trends into design.
14. Is able to meet deadlines and handle intense pressure.
15. Keep up to date with popular culture and trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 3+ year experience in art and design
2. Be stable under pressure and have strong sense of urgency
3. Must be effective at multi-tasking, time management, presentations skills, strategic and innovative thinking
4. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Figma.
5. Expert level skills in Photoshop and other relevant design tools.
6. Good at English (research, basic communication)
7. A degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field.
8. Basic knowledge of branding, marketing is a plus.
9. Be willing to work overtime if needed.
