Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Duties
• Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
• Creating wireframes based on sitemap provided by the development team or sales team.
• Designing custom interfaces based on project scope, expectations and deadlines.
• Enhancing existing interfaces with new layouts, photos, graphics, and forms.
• Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
• Collaborate extensively with other development team members to add new products to our websites or our client websites.
• Constantly work on our websites to add new website features for our customers to enjoy.
• Participating in regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments
Your Skills and Experience
※ Must have:
• At least 5 years of experience in web graphic design/art direction
• Intermediate sense of website design/aesthetics
• Demonstrable web graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD or other visual design tools
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
※ Nice to have:
• A Graphic Design qualification or similar
• Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies
• Ready to work under pressure and overtime if necessary
