Vị trí: Nhân viên Thiết Kế 3D + Đào tạo cho Thực tập sinh
 
Lương vị trí Designer : 10 triệu- 14 triệu (Thỏa thuận theo năng lực)

Nhiệm vụ:
– Nhận brief khách hàng từ team Account/từ khách hàng.
– Xây dựng, đóng góp ý tưởng cho các hạng mục thiết kế (booth, quầy kệ, standee, POSM…)
– Sắp xếp công việc hợp lý, bảo đảm deadline.
– Lên ý tưởng, đưa concept, thiết kế 3D cho các dự án, các sản phẩm của công ty
– Phối hợp làm việc với đơn vị in ấn – đảm bảo sản phẩm được in đúng chất lượng yêu cầu.
– Phối hợp làm việc với bộ phận kỹ thuật, các nhà cung cấp, đơn vị thi công… đảm bảo các hạng mục được thi công đúng như thiết kế.
Kỹ năng:
– Thành thạo phần mềm thiết kế 2D, 3D (3dsMax, Photoshop, Illustrator)
– Biết vẽ tay và các phần mềm khác là một lợi thế
– Kiến thức căn bản về đồ họa, bố cục layout.
– Thành thạo các công cụ tìm kiếm trên Internet.
– Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm.
– Thái độ tích cực, học hỏi nhanh, không ngại khó.

OVERVIEW
As a motion designer you will be tasked with creating engaging short videos and HTML display ads from assets provided by our clients by adding motion graphics, playful typographic treatments and eye catching transitions while keeping an exceptional sense of pacing and timing. Ability to work as part of a team is a must since you will be working alongside our sound engineers, 3D designers, team leaders and art directors in each project in order to ensure consistency and the highest quality standards. Our typical turnaround time is faster than most other agencies, with projects typically lasting from just a few days to a couple of weeks.
As part of the onboarding process you will receive training in different areas to supplement your skills and in order to learn our internal processes. If English is not your biggest strength, we will also provide regular English classes. Once your probation
period is over, you will also have a chance to enroll for additional training in design, marketing, 3D, Display ads, and other design related areas at no cost for employees.
 
REQUIREMENTS
● Proficiency with After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.
● Strong design skills and understanding of international creative trends.
● Degree in Graphic Design, fine arts or related experience.
● Ability to communicate, write and read in English. Other languages are appreciated.
● Good at time management and teamwork.
● Understanding process and how to communicate objective feedback.
● Solid knowledge of the diverse social media platforms.

OVERVIEW
As a 3D Artist at Shuttlerock, you’ll get to showcase your ability in 3D modeling and rendering (products, environments, fluids, etc). You should have an excellent eye for composition, photo-realistic rendering and lighting; and a good understanding of
model optimization for both rendered and real time 3D graphics. Ability to work as part of a team is a must since you will be working alongside our sound engineers, 3D designers, team leaders and art directors in each project in order to ensure consistency and the highest quality standards. ● Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
● Knowledge creating real time 3D graphics to use in AR and VR (Spark AR, SnapLens, etc..)
● Strong knowledge of Substance Painter is a plus.
● Coding capabilities in Javascript or C++ are a plus.
● Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is a plus
● Degree in Graphic Design, fine arts or related experience.

 Graphic Designer is responsible for defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, logo guidelines, layouts, and photos for VIA Education/AMPA and its related activities/projects.
Salary: 15mil  gross 
 
I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
 Maintain creative vision and ”look and feel” of productions from inception to release.
 Coordinate with the Marketing team and other teams to produce the creative products that suit the required work.
 Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
 Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
 Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all mediums including merchandise, POSM, product catalogs, social media platforms, eCommerce properties, print ad, etc.
 Develop ideas for marketing activities, branding recognition, website and stationery products, and turn it into reality with design.
 
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Have at least 2 years of experience in related field.
 Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
 Photography and Retouching skills highly recommended
 Creative, active, able to work under-pressure, positive energy and team work.
Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented.
 Hard working, enthusiasm, responsible.

Job Description
TBWA is looking for Art Director Interns to join our agency in which you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our business, be given real client deliverables, receive hands-on mentorship from award-winning industry professionals, develop your professional skills to meet day-to-day agency and client expectations, and collaborate in teams to solve a client’s business challenge.
 
As an Art Director Intern, here’s what you’ll do:
• Partner with a Copywriting to concept and execute against creative briefs for existing
clients. Not limited to digital and traditional media
• Obsess over the way the things you make look
• Collaborate and participate with other members of the creative team to assist in the production and post-production of existing client deliverables
• Participate in client meetings, as well as present to internal teams
• Collaborate with other interns on a potential internal project
 
Qualifications
As an Art Director Intern, here’s what you should have:
• To be working toward or recently graduated from a degree in Advertising, Art Direction, Design, Communication Arts, or similar program
• Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and conceptual abilities
• An online portfolio showcasing your creative work
• An ability to make things, not just think about them
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and people skills
• To be self-motivated and proactive
• Interest in new and emerging platforms to consider, and an understanding of how to use technology to the advantage of the creative idea
• Hunger to learn from the management and executive team, and to be looking for a great place to grow and push creative boundaries
• Embody our positive, diverse, ambitious and respectful culture
 
Note: this is a 3-month unpaid internship. After that your team will review and if you perform well, you might be promoted to Trainee/ Official Employee position

About the internship
You will design the most stunning work for big brands and their campaigns. As a design intern, you will be part of the design team and also in close contact with the creatives and the producers. In brief, you will be surrounded by a team of experienced and talented designers to gain the knowledge, skills, and insights you need while working on real design assignments. This is your chance to learn fast and walk
away with a mind-blowing experience!
 
About you
You are an ambitious and highly motivated Design student that would love to learn as much as you can. Whatever the target, you go for it. Where you see conventions, you overturn them. You are curious and always know how to exceed expectations. You enjoy working together towards a common goal and in daily life, you operate naturally at the many intersections of culture, such as music, technology, and travel.
